Ingredients
  

Pizza Cone Dough

  • 1 tablespoon dry active yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 5 cups flour any kind
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • spices: oregano/basil/thyme / Italian parsley

Pizza Cone Filling

  • pizza Sauce
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp Yellow bell pepper chopped

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Activate Yeast - Begin by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast to activate the yeast. Wait until the mixture becomes foamy, indicating it's ready to use.
  • Step 2: Preparing the Pizza Base - In a sizeable mixing bowl, mix together the flour, salt, herbs, and olive oil. Incorporate the activated yeast and stir until it becomes doughy. Knead the mixture until it's smooth, then leave it to ferment until its volume has increased twofold.
  • Step 3: Forming the Dough - Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Split the dough into portions and shape each into a circle. Use the pizza cone mold to form the dough into a cone shape.
  • Step 4: Fill and Bake - Place the cones on a baking sheet, brush the inside with olive oil, and fill them with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake until golden brown.
  • Step 5: Enjoy - Allow the pizza cones to cool briefly, trim any excess dough, and serve hot.
