Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • Cornmeal or flour for dusting
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 3/4 cup of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 pound of pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 pound of Italian sausage, pre-cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 pound of bacon, pre-cooked and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Follow the above steps for preparing your pizza dough and preheating the oven to 475°F (246°C).
  • Shape the prepared pizza dough on a floured surface or on a prepared pizza pan as directed in steps 3 and 4. Brush with olive oil, then spread the sauce evenly, leaving the rim unsauced.
  • Layer mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauced dough. Add the toppings - pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon evenly across the cheese.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
  • After removing the pizza from the oven, let it rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
