Preheat your oven to 475°F.
Roll out your pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
In a skillet, cook chicken until it's no longer pink and then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and gradually whisk in flour.
Slowly add chicken broth and heavy whipping cream while continuously whisking until smooth.
Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until thickened, then remove from heat.
Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
Top with cooked chicken, sliced red onion, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, add more Parmesan cheese and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top of the pizza.
Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious homemade chicken alfredo pizza! Bon appétit!
